My coaching focuses on helping climbers become more confident, efficient, and thoughtful on real rock. A big part of climbing is learning how to stay calm under pressure, read sequences well, trust your feet, and move with intention instead of just pulling harder. I work a lot with climbers transitioning from the gym to outdoor sport climbing, especially those looking to improve technique, mental approach, projecting tactics, and confidence on steep terrain and overhangs.
More than anything, I want climbers to leave sessions feeling more capable, more composed, and more connected to the process of climbing itself. Not just chasing grades.
